How to Procrastinate Well

All of us are guilty of procrastinating at some point in our lives. Procrastination only becomes a problem when we allow ourselves to get too far behind in our work, without a plan on how to catch up.

Dr. Josh Klapow, a psychologist and radio host of “The Web” has recently come up with a foolproof way to procrastinate well-and claims it’s all in the approach.

Dr. Klapow advises that the next time you want to put something off, to ask yourself these questions:

  1. Is this task something I truly don’t have time for?
  2. Is it something I have time for but don’t want to do?
  3. Is it something I’m afraid to do?
  4. Or something I don’t know how to do?
