Stop Body Judgement

Are you negatively judging your body? Try doing less of the following:

  1. Standing in front of the mirror
  2. Pinching fat
  3. Weighing yourself daily
  4. Comparing your body to others such as friends, relatives, siblings
  5. Comparing your body to models/actresses in magazines or on T.V.
  6. Negative talk/criticism about your body
  7. Judging the clothing size that you wear

Now write one positive body statement: ___________

Try to do this EVERYDAY!
