Brianna received her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Georgia State University as well as a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Southeastern University. As part of her training, Brianna worked extensively with children and adolescents who were struggling with anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, perfectionism, trauma, and school-related concerns. Brianna’s clinical training also included certification through ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training).
Brianna views counseling as a collaborative partnership between the client and therapist. She integrates a variety of therapeutic approaches to fit the unique needs of each client. This includes understanding the developmental needs of each client. Brianna utilizes Play Therapy with younger children with whom play is their natural language. She hopes to foster a warm, safe, and supportive environment that allows clients to move towards healing and growth.
Brianna is under the supervision of Adam Glendye, LPC, CPCS.
