Candice is deeply committed to helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges and achieve their fullest potential. She specializes in working with diverse populations, including families with a member who has a disability, immigrant families, couples and adults. Candice’s practice addresses a wide range of issues such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, ADHD, and life transitions.
Candice is an Army Veteran who earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling from Georgia State University. With over a decade of experience in case management, particularly with families facing disabilities and veterans, she brings a wealth of knowledge and empathy to her practice.
In her work, Candice integrates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), creating a collaborative and supportive environment. She is dedicated to providing holistic, trauma-informed care that respects each client’s unique experiences and cultural background. Her approach is strength-based, focusing on empowering clients to find their resilience and achieve personal growth.
Candice’s counseling style is warm and humanistic, fostering a therapeutic relationship characterized by empathy, laughter, and gentleness. She is passionate about helping clients discover their inner strengths and navigate their journey toward greater well-being and resilience.
