Sara Baldwin
Master of Arts in Counseling

Sara relocated to the Atlanta Metro area from Indiana. She holds her MA from Huntington University in Mental Health Counseling and her BS from Indiana University in Human Resources. While living in Indiana, Sara gained valuable experience working with teens and women in her internships and other counseling centers. Shortly after her internship she completed additional training in couples therapy through the Gottman Institute and is a Gottman Level 1 certified therapist.

Sara specializes in working with the following:

Teens – Sara enjoys working with teens and young adults as they navigate the most formative years of their lives. Issues include: life transitions, anxiety, depression, career/college plans, self-harm, and trauma.

Parents – From postpartum to empty nesting, parenting can provide challenges with each new stage of your child’s life. Sara specializes in equipping and supporting parents to succeed at every stage.

Women – Life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, wives of ministry leaders, and women in ministry

Couples – Premarital counseling, newly weds, empty nesters, infidelity

Sara and her husband have three energetic boys so their house is rarely quiet, but a lot of fun. She enjoys serving in ministry with her husband and in their spare time, they also host a podcast, write, and lead spiritual retreats.

Sara is practicing under the supervision and direction of Jennifer Wilmoth, LMFT in the GROW Suwanee office.
