
Sarah Gail sees individuals and adolescents for a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, stress management, life transitions, and self-exploration. She is currently working towards her Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Richmont University after having received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Samford University.
Sarah Gail is passionate about the therapeutic process and sitting with those in the midst of their journey. She believes in the power of the therapeutic relationship so clients can expect deep listening and empathy, along with support and empowerment in the therapy room.
Sarah Gail uses an integrative approach in counseling to tailor the experience to each client’s needs and presenting problem to best facilitate change and establish a strong, therapeutic relationship.
Sarah Gail is currently under the supervision of Chelsey Beauchamp, LPC.
