Sarah Gail Hughes
CIT
Specializations - Young Adults, Self-Exploration, Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Athletes, Life Transitions
Sarah Gail is deeply curious about the human experience and passionate about sitting with those in liminal spaces. Due to her strong belief in the power of the therapeutic relationship, clients can expect deep listening and kindness, along with support and empowerment in the therapy room. She recognizes that sitting with people in the midst of ambiguity and suffering is an honor and works hard to develop a sense of safety, trust, and respect with her clients.
Sarah Gail earned her Masters of Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Richmont Graduate University. She primarily sees individuals for a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, stress management, perfectionism, trauma, life transitions, grief, relationship concerns, identity development, and self-exploration.
Sarah Gail uses an integrative, depth-oriented approach to therapy. She tailors the therapy experience to each client’s needs and desires, utilizing a psychodynamic lens and attachment theory in order to best facilitate awareness, insight, meaning, integration, and growth.

Sarah Gail is currently under the supervision of Chelsey Beauchamp, LPC.
