You should check this Privacy Policy frequently for any such changes, but in any case, your continued access or use of the Site shall constitute acceptance of any modifications of the Privacy Policy. GROW Counseling's use of information gathered or obtained now is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time of such use. The following provisions apply to information GROW Counseling learns about or obtains from you when you visit the GROW Counseling website (the “Site”) and willingly provide your contact info. Your access or use of the Site constitutes your legally binding acceptance of and agreement to this Privacy Policy. Definitions contained in the Site’s Terms shall apply to this Privacy Policy as well.

Security: The Site has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information under GROW Counseling’s control.
Subpoenas: GROW Counseling does not disclose the identities of visitors or users of the Site unless legally required to do so. Unless specifically prohibited from doing so by law or court order, we will give prior notice to any named party in a subpoena received by us from a government agency or private party requiring us to disclose your name or any of your protected health information before making such disclosure.

  • We store your name and email, if given, for the purpose of contacting you regarding any information you have requested from us, which can include blogs, continuing education courses, and other miscellaneous information requested.
