After working internationally with non-profits for several years, Alyssa (Aly) realized her greatest passion was helping people process their stories and reach their unique potential, prompting her to pursue a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Richmont Graduate University. During her training, Aly worked with an agency serving children who had experienced sexual abuse as well as in private practice with adults experiencing an array of mental health challenges.

Aly has an integrative approach to counseling that allows her to serve a diverse caseload of teens, adults, and couples with a variety of concerns such as, anxiety, depression, trauma, and seasons of transition. She seeks to create a relaxed and supportive environment where her clients are heard and valued as they understand patterns of behavior and process emotions to face life’s challenges. Aly uses treatment methods that consider a client’s physical, relational, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.

In her spare time, Aly enjoys chasing her young son around outside, traveling, baking, and reading.

Aly is practicing under the supervision of Lily Scivicque, LPC, CPCS.
