Erika received both her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Master’s degree in Professional Counseling and Clinical Mental Health from the University of West Georgia. Erika completed her practicum and internship at Willowbrooke at Tanner and specialized in serving adults, and adolescents. Erika has also utilized Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Narrative techniques for trauma.  

Erika has worked in private practice and community agency settings. During her time in a community agency setting, Erika also worked with both teen and adult sexual assault survivors, providing clients with trauma counseling. Erika works with adults, teens, couples, and children.

Erika customizes her treatment approaches for each client. Using person centered therapy, she builds rapport to help her clients reach their goals. Erika and her clients walk through the therapeutic journey together. Clients can expect a judgment-free space, unconditional positive regard, and an opportunity to be fully seen and heard each session.
