Liv received her Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mercer University, and her Bachelors of Science from Auburn University. She is also looking to finish her Masters of Christian Ministry from Mercer University. Liv is currently a student at the University of Georgia where she is completing her doctorate in Counseling Education and Supervision. She is pursuing certifications in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). While finishing her masters degree, Liv worked at an Eating Disorder and Trauma- focused clinic.

Liv works primarily with adolescents, young adults, and young professionals. Her experience includes eating disorders, trauma, general anxiety, difficulties in life transition, professional issues, and spiritual issues. She offers faith-based counseling from a Christian perspective, if requested.

Liv believes clients hold the reins in their counseling journey. Her goal is to offer a safe and collaborative space for client’s to feel heard and be fully themselves. She believes in the power of the counseling relationship and focuses on identifying core beliefs to ultimately lead to long-lasting healing and change. Liv’s goal and hope is to see her client’s thrive, grow, and accomplish their goals during the counseling process.
