Nichole is a master’s level mental health counselor. She received her MA in Counseling Psychology from NOVA Southeastern University. Nichole is certified with the International Coaching Federation and has achieved her PCC designation.

Her clinical experience includes working with men’s and women’s issues, career and leadership, couples and families struggling with communication and conflict, healthy decoupling, substance addictions, anxiety, complex trauma, and secondary trauma. Nichole is trained in Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems, CBT, DBT, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction therapies.

Nichole takes an active counseling approach that integrates tools from coaching and therapy. This approach allows clients to explore their inner world in a safe, therapeutic environment and empowers them to make changes and begin living more intentional and fulfilling lives. Individuals and couples seeking clarity about who they are and what they want, derive tremendous benefits from this integrated approach.

Nichole also utilizes the Energy Leadership Development System. This program helps professionals and young adults grow and challenge themselves to experience life differently than in the past. This program offers a treasure chest of tools and frameworks to help strengthen relationships, set goals, handle stress effectively, and manage time effortlessly.
