Prior to arriving at GROW, Pam worked as a Professional School Counselor and with her years of experience she brings a unique viewpoint to this role. Pam has worked as an advocate for both children and families. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Child and Family Development from Georgia Southern University, Master of Science in School Counseling from Mercer University, and Education Specialist in School Counseling from Valdosta University.

Pam has a passion for helping individuals build a solid foundation of confidence and discover their self-worth. Pam’s primary goal is to establish a trusting therapeutic relationship, ensuring that clients know they are important. Pam’s therapeutic approach includes meeting people exactly where they are and providing a safe judgement-free space. Pam will tailor her sessions to the individual needs of each specific client.

Outside of counseling, Pam enjoys spending time with her children, husband, and dog. They love being outside and are always on the go. Pam also enjoys reading and getting some type of movement throughout her day.
