Timothy is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Registered Play Therapist, and National Board Certified Counselor. He has earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Georgia State University, Master of Education in School Counseling from Georgia State University, as well as his Education Specialist in Counselor Education with an emphasis in Play Therapy from the University of Mississippi.

Timothy has more than seven years of mental health experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. Timothy’s primary goal with clients is to help them to navigate various life experiences that interfere with their ideal quality of life. To do so, Timothy utilizes an integrative approach to therapy that is primarily informed by Adlerian Therapy and supported by Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT). He finds that the therapeutic relationship is essential to creating a warm and safe environment. Timothy believes that this allows for client collaboration and therapeutic techniques to be effectively used to promote both growth and resilience within his clients.
