Timothy is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Registered Play Therapist, and National Board Certified Counselor. He has earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Georgia State University, Master of Education in School Counseling from Georgia State University, as well as his Education Specialist in Counselor Education with an emphasis in Play Therapy from the University of Mississippi.

Timothy has more than six years of experience working with children and adolescents in the public-school setting as a professional school counselor. He also has experience working with adults in a clinical setting, helping them to navigate various life experiences that interfere with their quality of life. Timothy utilizes an integrative approach to therapy that is primarily informed by the Adlerian approach. He finds that the therapeutic relationship is essential to creating a warm and safe environment. Timothy believes that this allows for client collaboration and therapeutic techniques to be effectively used to promote both growth and resilience within his clients.
